Sale is contingent on full veterinary approval, within 7 days from purchase date.

Any and all expenses incurred after you purchased your puppy, medical or otherwise, is the buyers responsibility.

If this puppy does not have your Veterinarian approval, please return the puppy, vet report and all papers must be signed and returned to the seller where purchased within the time period designated above for a full refund. If this puppy develops a serious congenital or  hereditary disease specifically legg perthes or liver shunt, from one year from date of purchase, seller will give the buyer a full refund or another puppy shall be given as a replacement whichever is mutually agreeable.  The buyer must return the puppy, vet report and all papers must be signed and returned to the seller. If this puppy develops a serious hereditary disease from one year from date of purchase seller will give a full refund or another puppy shall be given as a replacement whichever is mutually agreeable. The buyer must return the puppy and all papers must be signed and returned to the seller where purchased.

The seller is not responible for: hypoglycemia, coccidiosis or giardia, puppies are prone to devolping coccidia and girardia under stressful situations.

Seller and buyer certify by signing this bill of sale that this puppy is not sold for resale purposes and that the seller will be notified if it is necessary for this puppy to change hands and right of first refusal will be given to the seller.
